Supply Chain Diversification & Optimisation
Kai Xiang Huat offers an extensive range and volume of fresh seasonal local and imported fruits, all-year round. We have a globally diversified sourcing strategy, working directly with growers across countries including Australia, China, Ecuador, Egypt, Malaysia, South Africa, the USA and Vietnam. We also work with fruit importers in Singapore to supplement our product offerings. To keep abreast with latest supply sources, our Director attends annual trade shows (such as Asia Fruit Logistica) to meet fruit logistics providers and exporters.
Coupled with a deep understanding of harvest seasons across different regions, we are able to offer our clients a consistent supply of fruits. Kai Xiang Huat also provides regular updates to our clients on upcoming seasonal availability, and offer alternative options for consideration.
Inventory & Logistics Management
Kai Xiang Huat's premises at Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre houses our administration office, along with our packing areas and two chiller-room storage facilities maintained at -4 degree Celsius. We currently have a delivery fleet of 13 trucks, 5 of which are reefer trucks (temperature-controlled vehicles designed to transport perishable items). These facilities ensure that our fruits are properly stored and delivered at optimal freshness to our clients.
The packing area is where our team conducts quality checks and goods packing. This area and our delivery trucks are washed daily to ensure workplace hygiene standards are met.

At Kai Xiang Huat, we listen to every client's unique business needs and respond with options that meet their budget and specifications. We offer different product tiers and are able to accommodate special requests (such as de-stemming).
